
This training approach has been refined over years of education and application to generate the most beneficial and kind approach to exercise and lifestyle.
We are going beyond the three dimensional focus that many of us get caught up in, during our day to day lives and progressing moving our way through to the next level. This is a holistic approach to our live and taking into consideration and care of the elements behind the scenes that we can’t always see, and thus in turn will express its self in the physical form.
In other terms start from within with, good nutrition, thoughts(meditation), life passions, core muscles, flexibility etc..
and this will be expressed in, higher energy, great skin, posture, mind clarity, fitness and much more.
Each session is individually tailored to your needs. This means at the start of every session we will:
*see how your feeling,
*what we did or you did in the last session
*motivation recap
*see if there any aches or pains that needs addressing
*we usually do some sort of core or posture work to make sure every thing is running smoothly
*and of course a warm up and cool down with some stretching.
A Big importance in training is understanding and empowerment.
I will try and educate you on not just what to do but why you are doing it.
