From a young age I have had the influence of self improvement and physical activities after being brought up at the Outward Bound Base camp of Australia for the first thirteen years of my life (where my Dad was executive director).  I was involved in many school sports growing up but my main focus was martial arts for which I studied for over 11 years obtaining a black belt in Judo, Jujitsu and Karate.  I also went on to do boxing and wrestling.   Due to this passion in training and helping other obtaining a higher state of fitness and wellbeing it seemed to be a natural progression to move into a physical trainer role.  This journey then evolved even more after realising the limitations with working with just the physical aspect of the human body, delving into the more in-depth world of nutrition, posture and functional training, and other healing modalities.   
Like many big changes in our lives the catalyst for this transformation came from adversity.  I had been in the fitness industry for about 8 months and was following the same route that most trainers go down which is a basic knowledge of the muscle groups, how to work exercise machines and pretty much just work the body like a exercise machine.  Make it bigger, stronger, looking better regardless the tole it might have on my body in the long run.  So like most trainers I look good on the outside, could lift heavy weights and thought that's all that mattered. While in side my body was telling a different story.
I have witnessed in my experience that if we ignore our body and the subtle signs it tries to tell us then it will take its ability of functioning away from us in one way or another.  Mine was in quite a dramatic way, while snowboarding last 40 m of the last run I had a little tumble and big BANG! my back went out.  Was really a time bomb waiting to go off as I had all these big strong outside muscle but no weak subtle inner core muscles.   So I could walk for about 2 weeks I took this time to re-access my beliefs on how we should work with the body and spirit.  I than began to reeducate myself with a deeper understanding of our body mind and spirit work and have continued on ever since.
So please don’t have to learn the hard way like me because some things are really painful and hard to come back from.  Join me on this journey not out of fear but out of love. Love for life, love bettering your self, Love for you family, love for living in line with your spirit and passions, love for giving back to the universe with gratitude for all the generosity and abundance it has created in your life.

I’m no Guru or Shaman, just a bloke who has experienced and learned some insights into how we tick and is passionate in sharing and helping others experience and learn what they could benefit from.
 I'am Currently furthering his studies with Ayurvedic Medicine and Permaculture studies to further add to his growing understanding of the human mind, body and spirit and the elements that effect them.   A better understanding of one’s internal and external environment ensures better success when working towards better health and growth.
About Fourth Dimension


Fourth Dimension Lifestyle  was founded to create a holistic approach to health and wellbeing for its members and clients.  Lex has been in the health industry for over 6 years combining his skills and experience in group training, one on one personal training, rehabilitation programs and treatments, massage, Reiki, meditation, kinesiology, Ayurvedic medicine, nutrition, holographic kinetics and other freedom from pain techniques to create a truly all encompassing natural therapy and active health improving service.  Fourth Dimension Lifestyle aims to create a positive and motivating training environment in a convenient space.  I’am currently furthering my studies with Ayurvedic Medicine and Permaculture studies to further add to my growing understanding of the human mind, body and spirit and the elements that effect them.   A better understanding of one’s internal and external environment ensures better success when working towards better health and growth.
Treatments.
Lex uses a combination of different healing modalities and training techniques tailored to the clients needs.   An important needs analysis is conducted on the first session to establish the best techniques required to prioritise and gain maximum results.  With an emphasis on whole body movement working from the core out thus ensuring a fast and sustainable progress while focussing on the  mental and emotion state.
Bookings.
Clients can book a session either via email or by phone and the required equipment and treatment materials will be brought to the desired location and training can commence.  All insurance and other costs are covered by Fourth Dimension.
24 hrs notice is required for any cancelations and reschedules (fees will be incurred if changes are made within the 24 hr period before session)
Payments will be made directly to Fourth Dimension and receipts can be arranged on request.
Recommendations and extra activities
Throughout training certain home work or addition training, nutrition or treatments might be recommended to make sure that progress is heading in a positive direction and the client is taking on accountability of their own health and well being.  It is expected that one would take on these recommendations and full fill allocated tasks to the best of their ability and report back on their efforts.
